The Luxury Bath of the Twin Cities $5000 Bathroom Makeover (“Sweepstakes”) Official Rules: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes begins on or about 10/1/08 and ends 12/31/09. Participation is open to homeowners who are legal residents of the following MN counties: Anoka, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, Dakota, Carver, Washington, Isanti, Sherburne, Chisago, Wright, McCleod, Sibley, LeSeur, Goodhue, Rice, Wabasha, Olmsted, Dodge, Steele, Waseca, Blue Earth and Nicollet, and the following WI counties: Polk, Pierce, St. Croix, Dunn, Pepin. Must be age 21 or older. How to Enter: To enter, complete and submit the accompanying entry form, selecting one or enter at promotional events. Additional entry forms may be obtained by writing to: Entry Request, Luxury Bath of the Twin Cities 2025 Sloan Place #32, St. Paul, MN 55117. No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. Illegible and incomplete entries are void. Limit a total of one entry accepted per person or household address. Entries must be received by 12/31/09. Drawings and Prizes: Limit
one prize per person/household address. Winners will be selected by random drawing on or about 1/31/09 from all eligible entries
recieved. Grand Prize: One Luxury Bath tub liner and wall system installation, retail value of $5000. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding. Odds of Winning: Actual odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries
received for each category. Winners will be notified by telephone and are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Winners will be required to sign and return a Work Agreement, Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release before work begins. In the event of noncompliance, or if a winner cannot be reached at the telephone number on winner’s entry, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected by random drawing. No prize transfer permitted. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner’s name, voice, statements, image and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Except as specifically provided herein, no cash or prize substitutions except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Employees of Luxury Bath of the Twin Cities and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each (collectively, “Sponsor”) are not eligible.
